为积极应对疫情影响,稳房地产市场预期,促市场平稳健康发展,近日,宁波发布了保障房地产市场有效供应的相关事项通知。通知要求加快商品房预售的节奏,并针对全装修住宅项目的样板房提出相关设置要求。<\/p>

通知明确,2020年12月31日之前,所有申请商品房预售许可的项目,每批次预售建筑面积不少于2万平方米,每批次的间隔时间由原来的不少于2个月调整为不少于1个月。<\/p>
除要求开发企业加快推盘节奏外,本次通知还对全装修住宅项目的样板房设置规则进行了调整。据悉,全装修住宅要求至少设置1套交付标准的样板房,并在预售前建造完成。样板房可以异地设置,但结构、尺寸、装修标准必须与交付房屋保持一致。样板房的保留期,明确是项目集中交付给购房者之日起不少于6个月;或者自建设项目竣工验收合格之日起不少于2年。<\/p>
