无水压入泥浆的作用是填充炉壳与冷却壁之间以及炉底封板下部间隙。<\/p>
无水压入泥浆导热系数,能提高热效率,高温下收缩性小,固化后形成整体致密,能杜绝高炉用水质灌浆料在投产后对炭质炉衬的破坏。<\/p>
无水压入泥浆主要是要流动性好,不能出现颗粒偏西现象,要具有超强的粘结力,即能快速烘烤,又可立即投产使用。<\/p>
无水压入泥浆的施工非常重要,不能加入树脂结合剂过多,过多压入时会非常顺利,但是树脂结合剂比例过多,最容易发生凝结过慢出现颗粒偏西。压入施工时,无水压入泥浆一定按生产厂家给出的使用说明,合理加入结合剂,才能保证使用时填充不均,发生漏火现象。<\/p>

无入压放泥浆压入后,经过烘炉树脂结合剂会蒸发掉,会出现上部有空隙。必须在烘炉后做二次灌入把缝隙填充满。因二次补填在上部,不用烘炉即可投入使用。<\/p>
需要注意,无入压入泥浆的粉料不能有大颗粒基质,不然在压入时,碳化硅加碳颗粒会沉淀致使凝结不了,颗粒沉到下部,和结合剂不能充分凝结或凝结密度不一致,使灌入的无水压入泥浆,起不到作用。<\/p>
