新冠疫情发生以来,国药中国生物率先研制出核酸分子检测试剂盒,率先提出康复者恢复期血浆 治疗方案与 技术标准 ,全球首家获得新冠灭活疫苗临床批件,取得一系列阶段性重要成果。<\/p>
疫苗是终结传染病最有力的武器。我国同步部署了五条技术路线进行疫苗研发。<\/p>
冠状病毒因其表面有许多棒状突起,像帝王的皇冠,故而得名“冠状病毒”。<\/p>
<\/p>
其颗粒表面分布着各种蛋白,其中,刺突糖蛋白是病毒入侵细胞的“钥匙”。当刺突蛋白的受体结合区(RBD)与细胞表面的受体(ACE2)结合,病毒进入细胞。<\/p>
<\/p>
而接种疫苗后,能够让身体的免疫系统产生抗体和免疫记忆。当病毒来袭,免疫系统能够识别侵入身体内的病毒,迅速产生大量抗体,靶向中和病毒,使病毒不能与受体结合,从而失去感染力,并最终被机体清除。<\/p>
<\/p>
灭活疫苗,是传统经典的疫苗制备方式。通过对咽拭子、痰液等含有病毒的生物样本进行分析鉴定,筛选出性能良好,适合疫苗生产的毒株。将优选毒株接种细胞,病毒入侵细胞后,利用细胞内生物合成机制大量增殖,并释放到细胞外。通过灭活剂将病毒“杀灭”,再经过提纯等过程制备灭活疫苗。因新冠病毒具有极强的传染性,活病毒的培养需在p3级生物安全实验室进行。<\/p>
<\/p>
与灭活疫苗研制方法不同,基因工程疫苗只需分析基因序列就可进行疫苗设计。由于刺突蛋白是新冠病毒感染人体细胞的关键位点,因此也是疫苗研发重要的靶抗原,基因工程蛋白疫苗正在加速研究。<\/p>
