中国可以算的上是名副其实的黑木耳故乡,早在4000多年前的神农氏时代,中华民族便开始认识这一物种,《礼记》中也有关于帝王宴会上食用黑木耳的记载,目前,黑木耳在我国的东北、华北、中南、西南及沿海各省份均有种植。<\/p>
<\/p>
黑木耳生长于栎、榆、杨、榕、洋槐等阔叶树上或朽木及针叶树冷杉上,密集成丛生长,黑木耳干品中蛋白质、维生素和铁的含量很高,因其蛋白质含量丰富,特别适合患有高血压,高血脂的患者,多吃黑木耳除了可以抗凝、降低血黏度外,还可以补充其蛋白质的供给不足,所以黑木耳被营养学家誉为“素中之荤”和“素中之王”。<\/p>
<\/p>
黑龙江木耳资源非常丰富。大、小兴安岭等山脉都是盛产黑木耳的地方。其中,大兴安岭木耳品质尤为突出,当地木耳生长缓慢、耳片厚、口感好,是纯天然无污染绿色食品。黑木耳具有耐寒、对温度反应敏感的特性,而大兴安岭地区地处中国最北端,冬长夏短,年平均气温-2.8℃,植被覆盖率高,为木耳的生长发育提供了十分优越的条件。此外,因为当地环境保护良好,且没有重工业污染,所以生产出的木耳均为优良产品。<\/p>
