机电综合管线的目的及意义:<\/p>
1)发现并解决机电专业蓝图中出现的疏漏;<\/p>
2)发现并解决机电系统内部各专业之间出现的疏漏;<\/p>
3)发现机电系统和其他专业的冲突和疏漏,并找到解决的方法;<\/p>
4)结合精装修标高图等其他对图纸,建筑物内的机电管线进行最佳排位,最大程度减少管道所占空间;<\/p>
5)有利于各专业安排工序,达到统筹的目的。<\/p>
机电系统虽是个独立的系统,它虽独立但又在装修项目中和装饰施工,有着藕断丝连的种种相互关系, 比如吊顶的标高和机电管线的安装标高有关联,机电末端点位布置和装饰美观度有关联度,机电检修孔布置和装饰面有关联等等。<\/p>
管线平衡的原则:先大后小、先主后支、先高后低,电管原则上敷设在上部,减少交叉影响,各专业管线尽量避免相互平面交叉,原则上有压管让无压管,优先考虑风管。<\/p>

走廊吊顶综合管线布置:<\/p>
优先采用共用支架。<\/p>
对于碰撞的管线,调整时应遵循以下原则:<\/p>
1)充分利用吊顶空间,提高走廊净空尺寸;<\/p>
2)设备、管线接头应避开大梁位置,同时考虑贴近吊顶,保证检修空间;<\/p>
3)电气系统避让水系统,水系统避让风系统;<\/p>
4)施工难度小的避让施工难度大的,桥架布设应便于后期电缆敷设;<\/p>
5)桥架和水管多层水平布置时,桥架应位于水管上方;高中压在上,低压在下,经常检修的在下;与吊顶表面末端设施连接的管线宜贴近吊顶,减少交叉;<\/p>
6)间距要求如下:管道外壁(或保温层的外表面)距墙面或侧边的距离不宜小于150mm,距柱、梁之间的距离宜为50mm,各种管道外壁(或保温层外表面)之间的距离宜为100~150mm。风道的外壁距墙之间的距离宜为200~300mm。管道上有阀门且设置同一断面的,应考虑阀门在保温时对管道间距的要求。<\/p>

设备管线综合布置:<\/p>
设备间设备,管线综合布置。<\/p>
在设备、管线参数确定后,设备间机电工程施工前完成深化设计。利用BIM软件对安装各专业图纸进行叠加,找出管线、设备碰撞位置。对于碰撞的管线、设备调整时应遵循以下原则:<\/p>
1)确定设备和与设备相连的管、配件尺寸及管线进出口位置;<\/p>
2)排布达到设备进出口处,设备基础中心线或外边沿、设备中心线或边沿、立管中心线、支架、仪表、阀门操作手柄等标高、朝向一致;<\/p>
3)管线宜靠近梁、墙集中合理布设;<\/p>
4)设备基础与墙、设备间排水沟平行或者垂直设置。<\/p>
质量控制要点:成排成线,部件标高、朝向一致,维护方便,各专业必须依照综合管线布置图施工(距离管线弯头500mm范围内应设置支吊架)。<\/p>

设备基础中心线或外边沿、设备中心线或边沿、立管中心线、支架、仪表、阀门操作手柄等标高、朝向一致;<\/p>
机房设备、阀门、配件轴心标高一致:<\/p>
<\/p>
整个剖面平衡重点:<\/p>
1、结构尺寸复核及标注。<\/p>
2、装饰标高、造型标注。<\/p>
3、主要管线的标高及位置。<\/p>
4、机电末端设备的安装空间。<\/p>
5、机电管线支管的走向及标高。<\/p>
6、主龙骨的安装空间及位置。<\/p>
7、检修空间、管线敷设空间。<\/p>
8、条件容许的前提下需深化配套管线平衡的管线平面布置图。<\/p>
平衡时需注意的机电规范及需注意事项:<\/p>
1、强弱电桥架并行敷设时净距离150以上。<\/p>
2、桥架宜敷设在水管上方。<\/p>
3、严禁在桥架上方平行敷设水管。<\/p>
4、走道及集中管线部位应考虑施工及检修空间。<\/p>
5、平衡时管线下方应考虑机电末端设备安装空间。<\/p>
6、装饰主龙骨排版时应避开机电末端设备位置。<\/p>
7、桥架和水管宜离开300以上。<\/p>
8、有出风口风管的应注意风管和风口的位置,原则上应在同一直线。<\/p>
装饰综合吊顶平面布置图平衡,平衡原则:<\/p>
1、所有吊顶机电点位必须在平面布置图上体现。<\/p>
2、机电点位布置必须符合规范要求。<\/p>
3、同一差不多轴线位置的机电点位尽量做到一条线上。<\/p>
4、走廊机电末端点位没什么特殊要求,居中一条直线布置。<\/p>
5、各机电点位位置尽量等距离设置。<\/p>

影响多专业管线综合布置的主要因素分析:<\/p>
设计因素:机电专业图纸设计深度不够,不能完全指导施工。<\/p>
多年来,设计习惯往往是分开设计,条块分割,各自为政,给排水、强弱电、暖通、消防等专业的图纸各自分开设计,缺乏统一规划、统一布局,各专业在空间安排上缺乏合理分配,经常出现管线冲突、交叉或走向不合理的现象。甚至影响施工、导致质量返工、工期延误、材料浪费等。<\/p>
<\/p>
设计本身未考虑管线交叉各专业在走廊内设计管线造成拥挤、不便于施工及以后维护检修。<\/p>
施工因素:总包单位对图纸会审、深化和优化不到位,不管图纸设计是否合理,只管照图施工。<\/p>
多数施工企业由于技术实力不强,没有图纸深化设计的能力,对管线设计位置、走向不合理、设计遗漏、矛盾、缺陷、错误等问题发现不了。实际施工中,总包位没有组织对各专业管线的进行统筹安排、综合布局,往往是死板硬套、照图施工,结果造成管线布设混乱,不规范、管线交叉相互碰撞、安装高度过低、甚至无法安装的情况。<\/p>
