左边的老师儿也没闲着,他在操纵机器,对木材表面进行扫描。<\/p>

扫描仪可以识别木材特征,并且自动调整木材方向:哪一面适合朝外,哪一头适合未来做凸头。<\/p>

在左边老师儿的努力下,哪个锯材该翻翻身,哪个锯材该掉头,哪些部分该锯掉,这些数据全都被传导到切割生产线。<\/p>

根据数据定位,系统自动把瑕疵片段切割掉,保证进入木地板组装的都颜值在线。<\/p>

根据前一流程积累的数据,板材该翻身翻身,该掉头掉头,准备挨锯了。<\/p>

四条轨道,完成纵向抛光。<\/p>
