1、高塘片区是海曙区旧城更新的重要片区,宁波市自然资源和规划局于2020年3月27日发布的《宁波市西门地段(HS08)控制性详细规划局部调整(原高塘一村、二村地块)(批前公示)》中明确指出,为缓解地块周边的通行压力,完善片区的支路网体系,提升地块的价值和开发效益,将调整延伸新建小学东侧支路至高塘二村HS08-04-01d地块南面规划支路。高塘二村HS08-04-01d地块西侧新芝路结合现状道路进行微调;<\/p>

2、该地块是原来的高塘二村地块,属于棚户改造地块。有利于城市面貌的更新;<\/p>
