太极内功修炼:丹田内气惊炸<\/p>

练太极拳练什么?求内功,内功是内在的功夫,来源于练太极拳使内气充盈和聚集,再让内气催形产生一种能量,这种能量再转化成内劲施于技法,形成一种威力,这便是练太极拳出内功的表现。有弟子向我反映:"师父,我发现练太极拳不在于练什么拳,也不在于练什么招势,而在于练出内在东西。”<\/p>
练太极拳练内在的东西是对的。练出内在的东西,不在于身体练出肌肉块,也不在于发力看着有多么猛,关键在于对养生有利,对实用防身有用。有人练拳乍看发力很猛,细看没有根劲,脚下不扎根,实用交手一触便倒。有人为表演比赛博得外行裁判的青睐,或吸引众人的眼球,身无内功,发力乱抖肩手。其实,有内功的人,行家一眼就看出,有内功,练拳静而稳,实用发劲实而整,没有故意乱晃乱抖。无内功,正像朝大海发射炮弹会溅起浪花,而有内功,像海底发生地震,海面虽没有浪花,但却威力具大,能引起海啸。练出内在的"东西”,在于练出充足的丹田内气并能惊炸,惊炸便是在意念指配下,以气催行。<\/p>
丹田是人为的规定,而各自规定有所不同。其实,丹田就是处在腹腔隔膜以下,盆骨以上部位,具体丹田在哪,不必深究,练拳就要通过意念在先引导,让身体放松,让内气下沉腰腹部,让内气聚集,使腰腹内气充盈,形成富有弹性的球体。<\/p>
丹田内气惊炸,是我马权友练拳发劲的感受,并时刻提醒自己要这样练功,因此写下来铭记于心。在意念控制下,让丹田内气澎涨,从而让内气从丹田上下贯穿,上传脊柱,贯脊背,形成脊背劲,前撑到手臂,劲达手掌。往下气贯骨盆,敛气入骨,蓄劲于骨盆,发劲于骨盆,以骨盆里的内劲带动手臂发劲,加大发劲的威力。骨盆之气劲还能顺腿下传到脚下,让脚蹬地,从而借到地力,上顶还身,又能加大身上能量,加大内劲,增加内功。<\/p>
能让丹田内气惊炸,关键要练出充足的内气,并能让内气聚集丹田,这要求苦练加巧练。苦练让时间作证,巧练以放松为妙。条条大道通北京,人人有各自的办法,我走自己的太极路,练内功,养内气,求健康。(文\/马权友)<\/p>
