原标题:护筋骨,少吃辛酸甜<\/p>

颈椎、腰椎疾病是现代人的高发病、常见病,影响正常工作、学习和生活。《黄帝内经》记载:“骨正筋柔,气血以流”。也就是说,筋骨关节的活动灵巧,有赖气血濡养。要想骨正筋柔,先要补足气血。<\/p>
<\/p>
1.练“卧虎扑食”。这个招式为易筋经中的一个招式,由于调动了上下肢且需要全身肌肉配合,同时辅助呼吸进行,所以能最大程度地锻炼筋骨,通畅气血,建议大家不妨每天在家练习10分钟。具体方法是:右脚向右跨一大步,屈右膝下蹲,成右弓左扑腿势;上体前倾,双手撑地,头微抬起,目注前下方;吸气时,同时两臂伸直,上体抬高并尽量前探,重心前移;呼气时,同时屈肘,胸部下落,上体后收,重心后移,蓄势待发。如此反复,随呼吸而两臂屈伸,上体起伏,前探后收,如猛虎扑食(如图)。动作连续5~10 次后,换左弓右扑脚势进行,动作如前。<\/p>
2.常喝当归补血汤。取生黄芪30克、当归10克,加水后煎煮30分钟,煎煮后取出药液,每日早、晚各服用100~200毫升。人体筋骨关节的活动灵巧,有赖气血濡养,黄芪、当归是益气生血的上品,又无碍脾胃运化功能。<\/p>
