脾对人体的健康至关重要,因此日常如何健脾也很重要。而到了夏天应该如何健脾呢?吃什么对脾好?<\/p>
南瓜<\/p>
《本草纲目》中记载:“南瓜性温,味甘,入脾、胃经”,能补中益气、消炎杀菌、止痛。其所含的丰富果胶,可“吸附”细菌和有毒物质,包括重金属、铅等,起到排毒作用。同时,果胶可保护胃部免受刺激,减少溃疡。可用南瓜煮粥或汤,滋养肠胃。<\/p>
糯米<\/p>
性温,味甘,有补脾益气的作用,脾虚者宜用之煮粥服食。唐·孙思邈说:“糯米,脾病宜食,益气止泄。”所谓脾病,乃指脾虚为病之义。《本经逢原》说得好:“糯米,益气补脾肺,但磨粉作稀糜,庶不黏滞。若作糕饼,性难运化,病人莫食。”<\/p>
<\/p>
苡仁<\/p>
俗称苡仁米、六谷米。有补脾健胃的作用。明·李时珍说它“能健脾益胃”。《本草经疏》也有“味甘能入脾补脾”的记载。脾虚者宜用苡仁米同粳米煮粥服食,相得益彰。<\/p>
山药<\/p>
山药尤宜于春季食用,它营养丰富,具有健脾益气,可防止春天肝气旺伤脾;可以补肾益精,可增强人体抵抗力。<\/p>
<\/p>
菠菜<\/p>
味甘性凉,能润燥养肝,益肠胃,通便秘。《食疗本草》中称其“利五脏,通肠胃,解酒毒。”菠菜可促进胃和胰腺分泌,增食欲,助消化;丰富的纤维素还能帮助肠道蠕动,有利排便。不过,菠菜草酸含量高,妨碍钙质吸收,应避免与豆腐、紫菜等高钙食物同吃,或在烹煮前轻汆,除去草酸。<\/p>
苹果<\/p>
苹果是一种保健佳果,具有健脾、补气、益胃、生津润燥的功效,对脾虚食少、胃阴亏虚、阴虚胃痛等症均有改善作用。<\/p>
鲫鱼<\/p>
性平,味甘,入脾胃大肠经,有健脾养胃作用,故脾胃虚弱者宜食。《唐本草》早有“鲫鱼合莼作羹,主胃弱不下食”的记载。《本草经疏》还说:“鲫鱼,甘温能益脾生肌,调胃实肠,与病无碍,诸鱼中惟此可常食。”<\/p>

日常健脾的营养食谱<\/p>
芡实薏米木瓜糖水<\/p>
食材:芡实100克、薏米100克、木瓜1个、生姜和冰糖适量<\/p>
做法:把芡实和薏米用清水浸泡2个小时左右,完全浸透后捞出待用;生姜切片;将木瓜去皮,切成块状;准备一个煮锅,装清水,烧开水后放入姜片,接着放芡实、薏米,调成小火煮1个小时左右;将木瓜放入芡实薏米水中继续用小火煮滚半个小时,出锅前10分钟放入冰糖调味即食。<\/p>
芡实粥<\/p>
食材:芡实50克,大米100克,白砂糖适量<\/p>
