房讯网讯:面对房地产经纪行业运营管理模式不完善、经纪人素质培养缺口大、恶性竞争等问题,《新经纪守则》2020年版征求意见稿昨起正式面向社会公开征求建议。<\/p>
起草方之一贝壳找房介绍,《守则》涵盖经纪人日常行为、对客户的服务交付、经纪人间的协同合作、平台共建共治、同业间共进共赢等5大方向,共21条准则,将成房地产经纪服务行业首个共建共治的从业准则。<\/p>
《新经纪守则》由中国房地产估价师与房地产经纪人学会指导,新经纪品牌联盟发起制定。<\/p>
在规则执行方面,明确无论品牌大小、组织形式、规模级别、分工角色等,在贝壳平台上作业,所适用的规则平等,同时权益受到平等地保护。<\/p>
“无论哪个群体,人数多少,什么品牌,拥有什么身份,所有人参与平台共治的基本权利是一致的。”贝壳找房CEO彭永东表示。<\/p>
