辨别假猪蹄的方法<\/p>
1、观察猪蹄的组织有无疏松、颜色晦暗、有异味、手模发粘的现象,有的即变质了。<\/p>
2、如果猪蹄是用挂糊的方法煮制的尤其要小心,应掰开表面糊,观察内部炸肉,若色泽不正、发粘、有臭味,则属变质制品。<\/p>
3、泡过的猪蹄一看就特别粗,直径八厘米以上,表皮发红。<\/p>
4、闻一闻会有淡淡的药水味,肉的腥味反而不明显。<\/p>
5、表皮摸起来会非常硬,而且蹄子是分开的字。正常的猪蹄个头并不是很大,蹄子连在一起,表皮松软,皮的颜色不红也不会特别白,甚至偏黄。<\/p>
