观点地产网讯:8月28日上海土地市场公示,上海出让2宗位于自贸区临港新片区和奉贤区地块,分别为住宅及办公楼地块,总成交价8.88亿元,竞得者分别为悦达地产及上海鑫富达资产管理有限公司。<\/p>
据观点地产新媒体了解,悦达地产集团有限公司以月5.18亿元竞得上海自贸区临港新片区NHC10101单元10-07地块,溢价率37.51%。<\/p>
上述地块为住宅地块,出让面积1.71万平方米,容积率1.6,起价3.77亿元。<\/p>
