近日,习友路支行来了两位特殊的客户——陈先生和李女士,他们是两位视力障碍者,陈先生的视力更弱一些,需要借助导盲棍探路行走。<\/p>
两位客户沿着无障碍通道相互搀扶走进网点,引起了大堂经理的注意。大堂经理主动询问客户需求,得知客户想办理银行卡。考虑到客户视力问题,遂协助客户取号并引导至高柜柜台前办理。陈先生视力受损但未完全丧失,婉拒了我们提供的盲文指导手册。办理过程虽缓慢,但陈先生在同伴李女士的协助下顺利地输入了手机验证码、仔细核对了各项信息并签字。<\/p>
