在新增土地尤其是居住用地供应极度稀缺的深圳,公开拍地往往意味着一次企业扩储的良机。9月14日,深圳公共资源交易中心发布公告,深圳市规划和自然资源局委托深圳公共资源交易中心,以挂牌方式公开出让4宗居住用地的使用权。<\/p>
