集微网消息(文\/隐德莱希),据evertiq德国版9月22日报道,格芯(Globalfoundries)日前宣布,将于2022年在德累斯顿正式启动投产AI芯片,主要用于大数据存储和图像识别。<\/p>
此项技术是格芯与总部位于比利时的研究公司Imec共同合作开发。<\/p>

之前曾有媒体广泛报道,这款新型AI芯片基于采用格芯22FDX®解决方案的Imec模拟内存内计算(AiMC)架构,经过优化可在模拟域的内存计算硬件上执行深度神经网络计算。<\/p>
