项目背景<\/p>
龙龙铁路龙岩至武平段LLZQ-1标段途经跨越赣瑞龙铁路,赣龙铁路、国道G319、夏蓉高速至标段终点,线路长度30.754km,包含古田会址站1座车站、全线轨道工程。<\/p>

龙龙铁路龙岩至武平段是杭广高铁通道的重要组成部分,对填补上杭县、武平县铁路空白,促进红色旅游资源开发、龙岩革命老区振兴发展,加快融入闽西南协同发展区和粤港澳大湾区,助力龙岩高质量发展具有重大意义。<\/p>
<\/p>
项目概况<\/p>
目前,聚能优电为龙龙铁路龙岩至武平段LLZQ-1标段施工用电提供临电方案和服务。该标段线路点多、线长、面广,工程复杂、施工难度大,对电力供应要求颇高。前期,在没有接入市电的情况下,施工方仅采用1台200千瓦发电机来维持设备运转,无法解决铁路建设过程中供电可靠性低、稳定性低的问题。<\/p>

为确保隧道挖掘、桥梁搭建、路基施工能在安全稳定的电力环境下开展,我司在与项目经理进行多次现场研讨后,建议将原先使用的发电机升级替换为聚能优电“智能微网电站”。目前,1套全新的智能微网电站已顺利交付龙龙铁路龙岩至武平段LLZQ-1标段项目。日后,我司还将交付2套智能微网电站,以便满足现场用电需求。<\/p>

方案介绍<\/p>
NDES-300智能微网电站为我司自主研发设计的全新产品,由250kW\/250kWh储能子系统、300kW发电机组子系统、能量管理系统EMS和智能运维监控云平台等主要部分构成,适用于无市电或新增市电申请困难的施工场所。<\/p>
<\/p>
柴油发电机组作为主供电源,控制工作在50~70%带载之间满足负载常用功耗需求,储能系统可以和柴油机一起抵扛峰值功耗需求。根据运行过程负载的波动,EMS管理储能系统出力,平滑油机输出,削峰填谷,保证油机在大部分情况保持最佳带载出力。现场主要是电机载设备,功率因素较低,储能系统同时具备有功\/无功调度支撑能力,PCS设备可以100%无功调节能力,PCS补偿无功可以减少柴油机发电机组的无功占用,增加柴油机的出力及运行效率,减少发热损耗,减少线路损耗,稳定供电电压,提升系统供电可靠性。智能运维监控云平台配合能量管理系统,实现无人值守化运行,省时省力省心。<\/p>
