9月14日下午,广西钦州石油油气库码头,一艘油船正靠泊码头。质检室副主任旷情和员工苏唐辉登上油船,开始有条不紊地进行油品质检前的采样工作。<\/p>
虽已立秋,但高温依旧,闷热的海风不断吹来,油船甲板上温度超过38摄氏度。在甲板站上几分钟,就是一身汗。苏唐辉是有经验的老质检员,他俩一边采样,一边查看油品外观情况。<\/p>
“老兄,天气太热,差不多得了,采样这种活儿我们也干好几年了,你还有啥不放心,赶快下船去吹会儿空调吧。”不一会,船方大副走来催促着说。<\/p>
“那可不行,采样是油品进入油库前质量检测的第一关,对待质量工作,我们可不能偷懒。”说完,满脸汗珠的旷情和苏唐辉继续采样,工衣被汗水浸透,紧紧贴在他们的后背上。<\/p>
“采样时,首先对油仓上、中、下层分别采样,每次要采足1升油样,等比例体积混合,然后,抽取底部油样,观察外观有没有杂质、水分,这样才能保证油样真实反映油品的质量。”旷情再次向苏唐辉叮嘱道。<\/p>
说起来容易,其实采样是技术和体力活儿,一艘油船少说也有10个油仓,一些大的油船则有16个油仓,跑完全部油仓取样,需要花费很多时间和精力,即使是身体健壮的质检员偶尔也有吃不消的时候,但他们采样的步骤一步也不落。<\/p>
“第一关采样有一点偏差,就可能造成油品检测数据不准确,因此每次采样必须按标准操作,差一点也不行,不符合要求的必须重新采样。”旷情对船方大副说。<\/p>
“打了这么多年交道,你这脾气是一点没变啊。”船方大副竖起大拇指。(翟恒芳)<\/p>
