现如今,QLC闪存都已经逐渐普及了,还有谁记得SLC?论性能、可靠性它是MLC、TLC、QLC都无法比拟的,但是成本太高,容量密度也偏低,如今已经基本绝迹,只在极少数特殊产品中还存在。<\/p>
西数今天发布了面向工业级、车载级市场的全新NVMe SSD IX SN530系列,包括工厂自动化、交通、医疗、机器人、无人机、国防、零售等等各种恶劣环境,可承受极端温度,提供极高可靠性。<\/p>
<\/p>
西数的IX SN530系列采用M.2 2280、M.2 2230形态,长度分别为80mm、30mm,支持PCIe 3.0 x4、NVMe 1.4。<\/p>
闪存颗粒有两种,96层SLC的容量为85GB、170GB、340GB,96层TLC的容量为256GB、512GB、1TB、2TB。<\/p>
性能方面,SLC的持续读写最高2400MB\/s、900-1950MB\/s,随机读写最高160-410K IOPS、180-350K IOPS,TLC的持续读取都是2400MB\/s,持续写入只有140-540MB\/s,随机读写最高为160-410K IOPS、85-350K IOPS,1TB性能是最好的。<\/p>
读写寿命方面,SLC是碾压式的存在,最大写入量分别为6000TBW、12000TBW、24000TBW,按照5年时间的话就是每天近39次全盘写入。<\/p>
TLC的也不算很差,分别有650TBW、1300TBW、2600TBW、5200TBW,5年算下来每天1.4次全盘写入,也大大优于普通TLC。<\/p>
它们可以在-40℃到85℃的温度范围、-460米到12200米的海拔范围内正常工作,可承受20G的震动、1500G的冲击,55℃温度环境中数据可保持1年,平均故障间隔时间300万小时,并支持端到端数据保护、3-gear LDPC纠错引擎、NAND XOR保护多重页面恢复、自动数据刷新等技术。<\/p>

<\/p>
另外,西数蓝盘SN550还新增了2TB大容量型号。<\/p>
还是支持PCIe 3.0 x4,相比于1TB型号持续读取从2.4GB\/s提高到2.6GB,但其他三个指标都降低了:持续写入从1.95GB\/s降至1.8GB\/s,随机读写从410K IOPS、405K IOPS降低至360K IOPS、384K IOPS。<\/p>
寿命也略有缩水,容量翻番的同时,总写入量只是增加一半来到900TBW,每天全盘写入从0.33次来到0.25次。<\/p>
