我觉得酒店人要扭转一个思维:网络客都是低价客,给他们低价房特价房就好!还美名其曰“引流房”!<\/p>
其实这种情况早就过去了,习惯于网络订房的网络一代早就长大,80年的已经40岁,90年的也30岁了!这些都是酒店的消费主力,他们的消费能力很强的,千万不要把他们当成垃圾客人、讨饭一族,他们需要的不是低价,而是更好的住宿服务。<\/p>
酒店的会员、散客对酒店不满意,他只会自己不来而已,不会天天站在酒店大声喊着大家不要来,影响的只是他自己!<\/p>
而网络客不开心了点一个差评,随随便便也能影响后面来的几百人!一定要重视网络差评。<\/p>
对于那些隔音不好的房、电梯旁边的房、面积窄得离谱的房等等就不要拿到网上去卖了,这一类的特价房都是差评的主力来源!<\/p>
