观点地产网讯:12月1日,亚洲联合基建公布,以3.5128亿港元,购入旺角豉油街地盘。物业位于豉油街561至67号。项目地盘面积3,534平方呎,划为住宅(甲类),已获批建筑图则,可重建一幢23层高,总楼面31,807平方呎的商住大厦。按是次成交价计,每呎楼面地价约1.1万港元。<\/p>
据了解,项目原业主为铺王邓成波,今年交由测量师行招标,并于9月截标,早前以约4.5亿港元标售,如今减价1亿港元沽货,减幅约22%。 事实上,最近他频频沽物业套现,包括以3.47亿港元沽出太子隆街地盘,由乐风集团承接。<\/p>
